Overdoing it

Well after the initial shock of such speedy action in replacing our driving documents they went overboard, as yesterday in the mail I received yet another driving licence, so no I have 2, still at least I can loose one again I suppose without a problem. We also had to renew the insurance on the car this week and next week its Chinese MOT time, even though its a new car they get done every year anyway. Mind you, you wouldn't think so with the state of some of the commercial vehicles but then maybe they have a different set of rules to ignore.
