After nearly 15 hrs flight time from Hong Kong we are now In Toronto Canada, in Julies new apartment block. Jet lag is still with me anyway, I was knackered once we got here as I didn't sleep a lot on the flight as I usually do. Its a 12hr time difference here to us so it takes a little time for the body to adjust when you don't sleep on the plane. I slept about 10hrs as far as I can remember! and I wait to see what happens to me today.
